Privacy policy
This English text is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version below prevails.

2. What data we receive, and how
This website has no forms and collects no personal data by itself. We only receive the data you choose to send us when you contact us:
- By phone: your number, name and what you tell us about the job and its location.
- By WhatsApp: your number, profile name, messages, photos and any location you share.
- By email: your address and the content of your message.
- During the job: identification and proof of your link to the property or vehicle, and billing details for the invoice.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not send marketing, we do not profile anyone and we do not sell data.
4. How long we keep it
Messages and call details for as long as the request or job is active and up to one year after, to deal with any claim. Invoices and accounting records for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally six years). Identification checked at the door is not copied or stored.
5. Who receives it
No data is passed to third parties except, by category:
- Website hosting (Cloudflare), which processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), if you choose to contact us that way.
- Email and phone providers used to receive your messages and calls.
- Tax advisers and public authorities where the law requires it.
The site loads no fonts, scripts or analytics from third parties: its typeface is served from the same domain.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare and Meta may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability, by writing to info@locksmithcalpe.es. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

2. Qué datos recibimos y cómo
Este sitio no tiene formularios y no recoge datos personales por sí mismo. Solo recibimos los datos que usted decide enviarnos al contactar:
- Por teléfono: su número, nombre y lo que nos cuente del trabajo y su ubicación.
- Por WhatsApp: su número, nombre de perfil, mensajes, fotos y la ubicación que comparta.
- Por correo electrónico: su dirección y el contenido del mensaje.
- Durante el trabajo: identificación y acreditación de su vínculo con el inmueble o vehículo, y datos de facturación.

No enviamos publicidad, no elaboramos perfiles ni vendemos datos.
4. Plazo de conservación
Los mensajes y datos de llamadas, mientras la solicitud o el trabajo estén activos y hasta un año después, para atender posibles reclamaciones. Las facturas y registros contables, durante los plazos que exige la normativa fiscal y mercantil (con carácter general, seis años). La identificación comprobada en la puerta no se copia ni se conserva.
5. Destinatarios
No se ceden datos a terceros salvo, por categorías:
- Alojamiento web (Cloudflare), que trata datos técnicos como la dirección IP para servir y proteger el sitio.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), si decide contactar por esa vía.
- Proveedores de correo y telefonía con los que recibimos sus mensajes y llamadas.
- Asesoría fiscal y administraciones públicas cuando la ley lo exija.
El sitio no carga fuentes, scripts ni analítica de terceros: la tipografía se sirve desde el propio dominio.
6. Transferencias internacionales
Cloudflare y Meta pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Ambas están adheridas al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (Data Privacy Framework), reconocido por la Comisión Europea como garantía de un nivel de protección adecuado.
7. Sus derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso, la rectificación o la supresión de sus datos, la limitación u oposición al tratamiento y la portabilidad escribiendo a info@locksmithcalpe.es. Si considera que no se han respetado sus derechos, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
